Hello, my name is Lily and I am a BACP registered counsellor working with adults in person in Haddington and online. I offer a confidential and compassionate space to work alongside you through the difficulties you are having. I am a pluralistic therapist and a key part of this is treating you as an individual and tailoring counselling to your needs. I can support you to identify where you are stuck and support you to make some changes. We will look at your strengths and your preferences and tailor our sessions around this.
I have worked in the mental health sector within charities and the NHS with a diverse range of people. I have worked with people who need support around depression, anxiety, mood disorders, intrusive thoughts, obsessive-compulsive disorder, addictive behaviours and perinatal anxiety and depression.
I advocate for equality. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and also provide some reduced-cost counselling for students and those on a lower income.
